CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is possible from 16:00. Please vacate the apartment by 09:00 on the day of departure.

STORNOGE FEE?

Depending on the need, there are exceptions with us. For us, a carefree stay of our guests comes first.
Information on request.
Regulär gilt folgendes:
up to 3 months no cancellation fee / 3 months to 1 month 40 % /
1 month to 1 week 70% / In the last week 90%.

BED LINEN?

Bed linen is available. Extra blankets, towels, etc. also.

Washing clothes?

We have established the Estate Laundry in the fall of 2022 – washing machine and dryer is now exclusively available for our guests. Just put the laundry in one of our laundry bags and we will bring it back warm from the dryer or to hang yourself. For the use we charge a small contribution to expenses.

GRILL?

We have purchased a WMF grill for you – hassle-free, electric, easy to use & safe. Perfect for the balcony, which we have equipped with additional chairs and an additional table. You can borrow it from Hannes (our house technician) – costs nothing, just bring it back clean (dishwasher) 😉

COFFEE?

We have a pack for the Senseo, usually “Good Morning XL” in the welcome package. We use the compostable pads – for the sake of the environment.
If you prefer filter coffee, ask Hannes, he has two WMF filter machines which he will be happy to lend you (subject to availability).

E-car charging station

Yes, we have invested there too. In the carport and accessible from the new parking lot – 11KW of charging power will revive the car overnight. And our electricity provider is very, very green…😇.

E-BIKES

We already have four E-Mountainbikes in the house – we lend according to availability also in the coming summer again: There’s also at Hannes (our house technician) to borrow – costs also nothing, but do not have to bring back in the dishwasher before 😉
New: Four helmets are also available to borrow – but if you have one, take it with you – it’s guaranteed to fit 😉

Rent a toboggan?

We have 3 family toboggans (Kathrein) in the house and are happy to lend them free of charge subject to availability. We also have a backrest for very small tobogganers.

BREAD SERVICE?

We have a digital flip folder with the assortment of a local bakery scannable by QR codes and happy to order for you. Please report by 6:30 p.m. the day before. Would you like to have a look at the assortment? We have stored it here for you to browse:

PETS

Pets are generally allowed, but we ask that you register in advance. The cost of final cleaning increases with dog by Euro 40,-. Couch, beds, armchairs and bathtub are reserved for two-legged friends. We are happy to provide bowls and extra towels for your four-legged friend.

SHOPPING OPPORTUNITY?

In the village there is a small supermarket. In the neighboring villages there are other shops, butchers, bakers and much more.

TRANSFER POSSIBLE?

If you arrive by train, we can pick up to 4 people from the train station Ehrwald / Lermoos. If there are more people, we have to drive twice.

SMOKING?

We have chairs and two tables on the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

VIGNETTE?

No vignette is required for the journey via Bavaria.

PARKING PLACES?

We have regularly reserved one parking space per apartment for our guests. Please pre-register additional vehicles. In winter, please don’t forget snow chains, the Alps sometimes have it rough 😉

HOW MUCH DOES THE HEATING MATERIAL COST?

Heating material for the pellet stove in the “Zugspitze” apartment is included. If the large storage container should ever be empty, we will gladly fill it again for you.

What about sustainability?

We have 9 large solar panels on the roof, they create hot water for everyone in the spring and summer. For autumn and winter we have a brand new heating system with wood and pellet boiler (9t CO² are saved annually compared to the old system and the raw material grows back). Full thermal insulation and modern windows and doors contribute to low energy consumption. And even with little things like the compostable Senseo pods (in the welcome package), we try to do our part.

We have a small reception at the Silberleithen Estate, but we always try to respond quickly to your inquiries. If you need to know very quickly whether we are happy to have little guests (we are), whether you can bring your dog (of course), you are also welcome to call us. With Hannes – janitor, receptionist and your host 😉
