And now a chalet after all? Against “Chalet” has always spoken for us the division into apartments on the individual floors. However, we have now finished everything and can also offer all 3 apartments together.
This brings something beautiful and really rare. Complete exclusivity, you are the only guests in the house.
From the first floor to the attic we bring it to 290m². Also with this we can fulfill the claim “chalet” for us. What do we have to offer on the 290m²? 3 full kitchens in different styles, 4 bathrooms, 2 extra WC’s, 3 living rooms and 6 bedrooms – one is even about 35m² and has a winter garden with chillout area and LED fireplace. Entertainment? 9 flat screens (3×65″, 6×55″ – all with Netflix, 4K), each floor with Bose Bluetooth Speaker, games… Parking? 2 covered, 3 more directly in front of the house.
So, now actually only the catering is missing to the ultimate luxury stay. Guess what we are currently working out with our new employee Patricia (who coincidentally worked for years as a caterer in her home country Brazil)… only with the filled picnic baskets “Estate-Style” it will not remain 😉 And our longtime favorite sommelier Markus Saletz is actively helping Hannes with the selection of the extended wine stock… Mhmmm, news should always be this tasty and fruity in the finish.
We are happy to give you an even better insight – just visit the top floor (single apartment “Zugspitze “) directly in the virtual tour. And in this case then also immediately in the upper floor (single apartment “Auszeit”) and on the first floor (single apartment “Deluxe”). From the comfort of your couch…
What makes our guests happy about the exclusive use of all 3 apartments as a chalet?
It’s just the two of you. That’s priceless.
And then there is much, much space on 290m²:
In the attic – living room with roof glazing (perfect for stargazing at any time of year) and fireplace stove (automatic with pellets), gorgeous. Beautiful large kitchen with extendable dining table. For the little ones – on the bunk beds and the large bathtub there is much anticipation 😉 Plus the beautiful view and a great balcony (ideal for barbecuing in the summer).
One floor below: The kitchen is modern, large and beautiful with a connection to the living room – with the large bar dining table and comfortable stools, this makes for a wonderfully airy and bright living experience. Perfect for game night. Again 2 separate bathrooms (each with walk-in shower XL) and underfloor heating everywhere – extra fine. Also here a loft bed – but with 2 stairs 😉 Of course also box-spring beds. Before we forget – here again 2 large balconies.
On the first floor: 110m² of pure luxury. 35m² bedroom with lounge area in the conservatory with LED fireplace (heats only on demand, so perfect even on summer evenings). Living room with 450cm couch, 3 recamiers – nice. 65″ 4K TV with Ambilight (all of ours have it, gives a nice ambience during Netflix blockbuster evenings) is a must. Kitchen with inviting dining area (the most clicked of our images in Google image search), bathroom with freestanding noble enamel tub and shower…

WE CHARGE FOR THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU USE THE CHALET*. We currently do not have graduated prices for different numbers of people in the chalet*, but we are happy about longer stays of our guests and underline this with a reduction of the prices from 7 nights.
* The use as a chalet refers to the common use of the 3 apartments, not the whole house. Ideal: Hannes and his family also live in the house and are always happy to help you.
WHAT ELSE COMES ALONG?
To the prices the local tax with Euro 3,- per person (from the 15th year of life) and day, the final cleaning with Euro 285,- and the bread roll service (if used) is added.

We lend the two e-bikes and toboggans free of charge subject to availability.
A welcome pack for the coffee machines and guest gifts from the wine cellar are always on top.
