Hmmm. Estate? What? We have thought long and hard about what we are, where we want to go and what we stand for. Nothing quite fit, but we got stuck with the Estate. And very happy with it 😉
Why Estate? Westarted with an apartment and the direction was clear: It should always be a little more than the usual standard. We now have three apartments (Zugspitze Vacation Rental | Auszeit | Deluxe), and the term “ESTATE” always reminds us of our goal and keeps us motivated.
4 EDELWEISS SUPERIOR
The result of the categorization of our apartments is now available. We were awarded the Silberleithen Estate as 4 Edelweiss Superior – the first in the entire Zugspitz Arena.
That makes us very proud.
NEW: 11KW charging station
We have now put an upgrade for the new parking lot into operation. The charging station is accessible from the carport and parking lot and charges the electric car for all adventures with us and the journey home.
Another step towards sustainability. Many small ones also help.

Aber jeder Ort ist nur so gut wie die Unterkunft in der man seinen Urlaub verbringen kann.
Silberleithen Estate ist dafür die perfekte Location. Die Unterkünfte sind großzügig und modern, die Gastgeber sind absolut aufmerksam, aber was das ganze noch abrundet und unser Hauptfokus war: wir wollten auch für unsere beiden Hunde eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft. Und die haben wir hier gefunden.
Wir haben uns definitiv rundum wohlgefühlt, auch damit, dass wir unsere absolute Privatsphäre hatten und trotzdem immer ein Ansprechpartner verfügbar war und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen, wenn unsere Vierbeiner auch mal Dreck von draußen mit reingetragen haben.
Das war eine richtig schöne Urlaubserfahrung, die wir gerne wiederholen werden.
Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Appartments sind hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit phantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge.
Auch mit großen schwarzen Hund fühlt man sich hier als Gast nicht nur geduldet sondern herzlich willkommen von der lieben und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberfamilie.
Die Gegend hier ist ein Traum und es gibt sehr viel zu erkunden. Für uns ein Kraftort an den es uns immer wieder hinzieht.
Wir freuen uns schon auf Dezember 😉
Vriendelijke ontvangst door Hannes, alles was keurig schoon, bedden opgemaakt.
Huisje is werkelijk voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens een zorgeloze vakantie.
Ruim voldoende handdoeken (die op verzoek gewoon vervangen worden door schone exemplaren).
Grote badkamer met prima douche en een ligbad.
Mooi gelegen met zicht op de kabelbaan, rodelbaan en de Marienberg.
Zeer veel prachtige wandelingen die te doen zijn vanuit het huisje.
Eenvoudig boodschappen te doen in Ehrwald of Lermoos (Mpreis of Spar). Er is een kleine Mpreis in Bieberwier aanwezig.
Zeer goede WiFi, Netflix op alle (grote) TV's.
Gratis e-bikes(4x) te gebruiken (na overleg); heel veel uitgezette fietsroutes in de buurt.
Kortom, een supergeslaagde vakantie is een fantastisch huisje! (vier volwassenen + twee honden)
Wir waren schon häufig in Österreich zum Skifahren und Wandern, noch nie hatten wir ein so großzügiges ,modernes und blitzsauberes Appartement wie Auszeit in Silberleithen.
Das Appartement ist in Worten nicht zu beschreiben, es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause. Sauberkeit, Komfort....es fehlt an nichts...die Vermieter Hannes und Verena sind zuvorkommende Gastgeber und für alle Fragen offen und jederzeit Ansprechpartner. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder....
Sehr schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes Haus in traumhafter Lage.
Die Gastgeber sind einfach spitze, herzliche Menschen die sich um ihre Gäste bemühen.
Sicher werden wir wieder kommen!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut geschnitten, die Austattung ist super (vom sprechenden Eierkocher bis zum knisternden Kaminfeuer). Der Brötchenservice ist mega lecker inkl. Bestellerinnerung (Danke Hannes ☺️).
Und wenn mal beim Kochen etwas fehlt wird direkt ausgeholfen.
Die Kids waren natürlich von den Stockbetten fasziniert, wir von der wunderschönen Aussicht und der tollen Lage. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist alles erreichbar was das Wander- bzw. Mountainbike-❤️ höher schlagen lässt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
In der Unterkunft waren auch 4 E-Bikes dabei, die wir für eine Radtour nutzen konnten.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

> Highlights of the vacation apartment Deluxe are the large bedroom with approx. 35m² and private winter garden with lounge corner and LED fireplace, the kitchen with central dining table, the bathroom with free-standing luxury bathtub and the super comfortable box spring beds. Like all our apartments equipped with decent 4k – TV’s with Ambilight: 2 x 55″ (in the bedrooms) and NEW 1 x 65″ in the living room – all with Netflix.

Family holidays and holidays with dogs?
We have expanded our offer for relaxed family vacation. You now have 2 Babycenter baby beds from Hauck (60x120cm) and 2 baby highchairs (up to 3 years/15Kg) at your disposal – so there is more space in the car. We also went ahead and took care of installing a stair safety railing for the Zugspitze apartment.
In winter: 2 Kathrein family toboggans are now available for you to borrow free of charge (once with backrest for very small tobogganers).
And 3 bobsleds we have also purchased.
In summer: 4 e-mountain bikes are now available for you to borrow free of charge (subject to availability).
Tip: We also have space in all apartments ideal for 2 small families, has already been extensively tested. Grandma and grandpa on vacation with you is anyway already the perennial favorite and extra popular!
Plenty of space makes everything possible in a relaxed way.
And quadrupeds? They love it with us. Only beds, couch and bathtubs are reserved for bipeds. Bowls and extra towels we have there.
