Our “Zugspitze<\/a>” and “Auszeit<\/a>” apartments have directly adjoining entrance doors and can be used perfectly as a combined “Zugspitze Auszeit” apartment for up to 12 guests.<\/strong> In total then approx. 180m\u00b2, 3 balconies with 15m\u00b2 each, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 showers, 1 giant bathtub, 1 extra toilet and a pellet stove (of course with additional central heating – new: ecological thanks to pellets…). Entertainment: 6 flat-screen TVs (4×55″, 2×65″) with Netflix, Bluetooth sound from Bose, game collections and much more. …<\/p>\n

Ideal for the stay with the whole extended family with grandparents, the families of children and grandchildren – the 12 persons refer to regular beds – baby cribs (140x70cm) we have of course also there…<\/p>\n

Also perfect when there is something to celebrate and actually only topped with the combination“Chalet Silberleithen Estate<\/a>” (all 3 apartments). Then nothing stands in the way of an even larger family celebration on 290m\u00b2 for up to 18 people – in the variant exclusive & in a wonderfully private setting. And chalet<\/a> then also fits.<\/p>\n

What do our guests like about the Zugspitze combined vacation apartment? Auszeit?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In the attic<\/strong> – the fireplace stove in autumn and winter – makes a wonderful atmosphere and at the same time no work – everything goes by itself.
For the little ones – the bunk beds (equal to 2 units for 4 kids) and the large bathtub always please. For moms & dads? The apartment has a beautiful view and 3 great balconies (ideal for barbecuing in the summer). You don’t step on each other’s toes and everything is there. The high altitude air makes children tired and they sleep well. The box-spring beds are heavenly and borrowing e-bikes for free is also a nice luxury.
And one floor below:<\/strong> The kitchen is modern, large and beautiful – it can be served directly on the south-facing balcony (there are 2 balconies here) – for breakfast outside, for example. Into the living room too: the connection to the living room with the large bar dining table and comfortable stools gives a wonderfully airy and bright living experience. This also pleases for the game night. Again 2 separate bathrooms and underfloor heating everywhere – extra fine. Also here’s a loft bed – but with 2 stairs \ud83d\ude09 Of course also box-spring beds. Perfect for a time-out (“Auszeit”) with family or friends – hence the name….<\/p>\n
