And now a chalet after all? <\/b>Against “Chalet” has always spoken for us the division into apartments on the individual floors. However, we have now finished everything and can also offer all 3 apartments together. <\/p>\n

This brings something beautiful and really rare. Complete exclusivity, you are the only guests in the house.<\/b><\/p>\n

From the first floor to the attic we bring it to 290m\u00b2. This also allows us to fulfill the “chalet” claim. What do we have to offer on the 290m\u00b2?<\/strong> 3 fully equipped kitchens in different styles, 4 bathrooms, 2 extra toilets, 3 living rooms and 6 bedrooms – one is even approx. 35m\u00b2 in size and has a conservatory with chill-out area and LED fireplace. Entertainment?<\/strong> 9 flatscreens (3×65″, 6×55″ – all with Netflix, 4K), each floor with Bose Bluetooth speaker, games… Parking spaces?<\/strong> 2 covered, 3 more directly in front of the house.<\/p>\n

Guess what we’re currently working out with our new colleague Patricia (who coincidentally worked as a caterer in her home country of Brazil for years)… It won’t just be the “Estate-style” picnic baskets \ud83d\ude09 <\/strong>And our long-time favorite sommelier Markus Saletz is currently helping Hannes with the selection of the extended wine stock… Mhmmm, news should always be this tasty and fruity on the finish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What makes our guests happy about the exclusive use of all 3 apartments as a chalet?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

It’s just the two of you. That’s priceless.
And then there is much, much space on 290m\u00b2: <\/strong><\/p>\n

In the attic<\/strong> – living room with roof glazing (perfect for stargazing at any time of year) and fireplace stove (automatic with pellets), gorgeous. Beautiful large kitchen with extendable dining table. For the little ones – on the bunk beds and the large bathtub there is much anticipation \ud83d\ude09 Plus the beautiful view and a great balcony (ideal for barbecuing in the summer). <\/p>\n

One floor below:<\/strong> The kitchen is modern, large and beautiful with a connection to the living room – with the large bar dining table and comfortable stools, this makes for a wonderfully airy and bright living experience. Perfect for game night. Again 2 separate bathrooms (each with walk-in shower XL) and underfloor heating everywhere – extra fine. Also here a loft bed – but with 2 stairs \ud83d\ude09 Of course also box-spring beds. Before we forget – here again 2 large balconies.<\/p>\n

On the first floor:<\/strong> 110m\u00b2 of pure luxury. 35m\u00b2 bedroom with lounge area in the conservatory with LED fireplace (heats only on demand, so perfect even on summer evenings). Living room with 450cm couch, 3 recamiers – nice. 65″ 4K TV with Ambilight (all of ours have it, gives a nice ambience during Netflix blockbuster evenings) is a must. Kitchen with inviting dining area (the most clicked of our images in Google image search), bathroom with freestanding noble enamel tub and shower…<\/p>\n
