What do our guests like about the Deluxe apartment?
The highlight is the approx. 35m² large bedroom with winter garden and lounge corner with 150cm LED fireplace. It pleases our guests – also goes in the summer! A small secretary for the laptop is also included. If home office must be. Heavenly box-spring beds here and in the second bedroom.
The couch in the living room has a whopping 438cm width – the largest in the house, with 3 x récamière element. Of course, genuine leather and spring core.
The kitchen is modern, perfectly fitted and beautiful – in the middle of the apartment with wonderfully comfortable armchairs and large table. Outside is a terrace and balcony – deck in larch wood brushed. In the bathroom is a freestanding tub. XL of course.

Prices
WE CHARGE FOR THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU USE THE APARTMENT. As standard occupancy we have 4 persons (from winter 2023/24). Up to 6 people are possible. We are happy about longer stays of our guests and underline this with a reduction of the prices from 7 nights. For large families with more than two children just ask, we will of course gladly cancel the surcharge for additional persons.
WHAT ELSE COMES ALONG?
To the prices is added the local tax with Euro 3,- per person (from the age of 15) and day, the final cleaning with Euro 95,- and the bread service (if used).
FREE GOODIES FOR OUR ESTATE GUESTS?
We lend the two e-bikes and toboggans free of charge subject to availability.
A welcome pack for the coffee machine and a gift from the wine cellar are always on top.
